Puzzle Cruiser Board accept our duty to provide a product which is of good quality and accurately reflects what has been shown on this website, as per the NZ consumer guarantees act.
We accept the return of unused boards. You may return your unused Puzzle Cruiser Board at your own expense for the original purchase price.
A 1-year warranty applies to the board. If wear or damage results from normal use which prevents the safe use of the board, we will pay for the return of the defective board (NZ only) and either refund or provide a new board free of charge. For confirmation, a description and photos of the issue will be need to be provided. Impact and water damage will not be covered.
It is possible that the keys which hold the board together may be lost. To ease this issue, we will replace these keys at the cost of shipping for the first year after purchase.
